MANAGEMENT REVIEW

To ensure that the Quality Assurance System is up to date, controlled and effective, a system for review is used. This review is held one month before the start of the project, and all managers are requested to review and report on those sections of the quality system for which they are responsible.

It is the responsibility of the Quality Manager to ensure that the review is performed every six months in accordance with the procedure for the Management Review of the Quality System and to circulate and maintain records of such reviews.
