A business strategy for the development of the company has been formulated and circulated to senior management.

The identification of business targets is used as the bases for determining resources, and budget plans and personnel policies are therefore formulated on the principles and targets of this strategy.

The Managing Director, in liaison with other members of the management, prepares a comprehensive project budget to identify and allocate funding and assets available, thereby ensuring that adequate resources are available to meet the general policy requirements.

A Training Strategy is prepared on the bases of the business targets to ensure that personnel have sufficient skills and are competent to perform their activities.
